Description
Another addition to my "Fan of" series of Marvel and DC Universe Characters (sorry DC...I'll get to you soon...promise). My rendition of Sam Alexander as I imagine he would look in the MCU and Cosplay. As you can see with this Nova character, it is loosely based on the design of the previous Nova uniform I did based on the version seen in that awesome film "Guardians of the Galaxy. I wanted to make them feel like they were part of the same universe. Since Sam depends heavily on the Suit for his powers, I wanted to give it a slick, modern space-suit feel. It looks a little heavy but still fits Sam's build to preserve his comic book look and age. I used a muted blue (ex: Adi Granov's Nova colors) for the costume since pure Black for the costume would have really been a bit much. Anyways..... I do love DC as much as I do Marvel, really. I may go ahead and find one or Two DC characters to render, so I don't feel like I'm neglecting them. Then back to Carol and the Inhumans which I planned prior to skipping to the new Nova. There's already a fantastic Black Panther MCU concept out there, so I may skip that one.......maybe.
